Shipping Policy

We ship across India. We don't currently ship outside India.

When your order leaves our studio
- Ready to ship: dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Ready-to-ship pieces are marked on each product page.
- Made to order: every made-to-order piece is cut and finished for you after you order. Dispatch takes 15–25 days, depending on the design. The dispatch time for each style is shown on its product page.
- Business days are Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery after dispatch
Most orders arrive within a few business days of dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote areas can take longer.

Shipping charges
Free shipping on all orders within India.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we send the tracking link on WhatsApp and email.

Festive and wedding dates
Need your outfit by a specific date? WhatsApp us on +91 70421 46295 before you order. We'll confirm whether we can make it in time, and we'll only promise a date we can keep.

Delays
Festivals, weather or courier disruptions occasionally cause delays. If your order is affected, we'll tell you on WhatsApp straight away.

Orders from other platforms
Orders placed on Aza Fashions or other marketplaces follow that platform's shipping policy.
