Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
2. Amount paid will be reversed to your account within 5 to 7 working days upon receiving your bank details.
3. Cash refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted as the order enters processing.
5. You agree not to dispute our decision on cancellation beyond the 24-hour window.

Return & Exchange

1. Delivered outfits are non-exchangeable unless defective or one size off.
2. Unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests.
3. No returns/exchanges on made-to-order customized outfits; alterations offered.
4. Returns/exchanges only available for ready-to-ship outfits within 7 days of delivery.
5. Reverse pickup available at no cost, subject to area serviceability.
6. Refunds are issued as gift cards or coupon codes only.
7. First exchange is free; subsequent exchanges incur a flat ₹250 fee.

Eligibility Criteria for Return:

1. Item must be unused and in original condition.
2. Item must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds and Exchanges Process:

1. Refunds/exchanges are processed after product inspection.
2. Exchanges for lower-priced items result in store credit/gift card.
3. Exchanges for higher-priced items can be paid via COD, net banking, or store credit.
4. Exchanges allowed for domestic orders only and must meet return conditions.
5. We only accept exchange requests from orders placed on www.damoiselle.in or our Instagram page.
6. To raise an exchange, contact us at damoiselleofficial@gmail.com or call +91 70421 46295 within 24–48 hours of delivery.
7. After receiving the returned product, we dispatch the replacement size in 7–10 working days if approved.
8. Size exchange is allowed only once per order. Multiple exchanges will not be entertained.
9. If requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
10. Credit vouchers are valid for 90 days from issuance.
