All ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 15–25 days, depending on the design and embroidery work.

No, currently we do not ship worldwide.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and/or email.

Customization & Sizing

Do you offer customization for size or design?
Yes, we offer size customization and minor design tweaks. Please reach out to our team via WhatsApp or Instagram DM for assistance.

How do I know my size?
Please refer to our size chart available on each product page. If in doubt, message us your measurements and we’ll guide you. Our stylist can also help you with measurements over a Google Meet session.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, size-related alterations are supported.

Do you offer exchanges if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, we offer one-time size alterations. Customers need to ship the outfit back to us at their own cost, and we’ll handle the rest.

How should I take care of my Damoiselle outfit?
Dry clean only. Store your garment in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Will the embroidery or embellishments come off easily?
Our garments are handcrafted with precision. With proper care and dry cleaning, they will remain intact.
