Shipping Timeline
- Standard Delivery Time: Our standard delivery timeline is within 3-4 weeks from the date of order placement.
- Minimum Delivery Time: 2 weeks
- Maximum Delivery Time: 5 weeks
Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
- Express Shipping: At this time, we do not offer express shipping. All orders are shipped via our standard delivery service.

International Shipping
- Currently, Damoiselle only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for COD orders at the time of order placement.
- The remaining 50% is payable upon delivery of the Product.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or any other method agreed upon during order placement.
